Here as a "MINT NEVER HINGED (MH/MLH)" perforated set WITH! Hinges and/or remnants of hinges, darkened gum (Tropical Gum), gum as issued
Issue Notice:
- MiNo. II?VI were immediately withdrawn by order of the King, but appear genuinely used in December 1899 (great rarities on cover).
- The values of 8, 12, 24 and 64 A are said to have been printed. The entire withdrawn issue was destroyed.
- CERTIFICATE / CERTIFICATION:
On request and against payment of costs (approx. 50€) we will be happy to have a certificate issued by P.A.T. Bangkok.
However, this can take up to 5 months, since the P.A.T. committee only meets every 3 months.
