    The overprint was applied in two versions to the 24 Atts purple/blue issue of 1887

    The overprint of Type 1 was done by Siam Mercantile Press, Bangkok.

    PRINTING ERROR:

    The overprints on the back are not genuine defects, as they were printed in proofs used to align the stamp sheets for overprinting after the normal overprint was applied to the front.
