Issue Notice:
- Illustrating the sculpture of the goddess of the earth, the former Metropolitans Waterworks Authority headquarters and clarifiers located at Bangkhen Water Treatment Plant as the background together with the logo of the 100th Anniversary of Thailand Waterworks
- Of this stamp the waterworks issues 2 different small Sheets with 4 stamps which differ by varying degrees of "water" -Margin Design. The issue was sold ONLY! over the center of the Waterworks and ONLY! in individual pieces. Dealer inquiries (including Thai dealers) etc. were categorically rejected because the small curves were determined for the employee.
