Issue Notice:
- MiNo. 3742-3746 were also issued vertically in the special mini-sheet KB(II)
- On the occasion of the World Stamp Exhibition 2018 in Bangkok, P.A.T. issue a set of special small sheets KB(III-XIII) (6-piece) with different border colors and imprints (Quantity 1.000 set's)
- Sheetlet I has a pink border and a colored traffic light on the edge of the sheet to the left of the first stamp.
- The remaining small sheets have different symbols on the edge of the sheet and a colored traffic light on the edge of the sheet to the left of the last stamp.
- Sheet edge colors: II = light blue, III = orange, IV = green; V = violet, VI = light red, VII = yellow.
