Issue Notice:
- Unlike the standard miniature sheets, KB(II) and KB(III) feature additional margin imprints at the top as well as on the left and right sides.
- The International Philatelic Federation (French: Fédération Internationale de Philatélie, FIP) is the worldwide umbrella organization for national philatelic societies. Founded in 1926, it is headquartered in Zurich and currently unites over 90 member associations.
