Issue Notice:
- The special sheet of 4 stamps KB(I) have been issued with 3-digit and 4-digit KB(II-V) count number.
- The number (3330, 3340.3350 and 3360) have been issued only on the Rotary International Convention to members and participants of the Convention in Bangkok (from 06-09.05.2012).
- In addition, the KB (I-V) are each distinguished by a "perforted" (RDG) and "not perforated" (RNG) margin to the right.
- The special sheets with not perforated (RNG) sheet margin right are much rarer!
