Issue Notice:
- This Souvenir Sheet was issued as part of the "Pay at Post" from the Thailand Post. Since January 2014 can pay bills at the post offices among other things, electricity, water and phone.
- The Souvenir Sheets were issued to the first user of this service in Bangkok.
- The Souvenir Sheets were on a "Pink" advertising medium that had to be signed by the depositors and remained at the post office. As a result, all the Souvenir Sheets in this series on the back "pink" adhesive residue at the top of the Souvenir Sheet.

- 61I - Gold-colored "P.A.T." Overprint to Plenary Assembly in Bangkok - 18.11.1994
- 61II - Gold colored "Pay At Post" Overprint- 05.01.2014
- 61III - Green "BANGKOK" Overprint
- MiNo. 1615 F comes from a reprint and was largely unrecognized in the postal service consumed. Therefore mint never hinged pieces are rare.
