Issue Notice:

The condolence card for the death of King Bhumibol (Rama IX) on October 13, 2016, was issued ONLY to Thai nationals who registered on a specially created website of the Thai Post Office between November 1, 2016, and December 31, 2016, providing an ID card and full address.
No cards were sold or distributed in any other way, with the exception that ONLY VIP subscribers of the Thai Post Office residing in Thailand received a single piece.
The Thai Post Office began sending the condolence cards by registered mail on January 20, 2017.
Five different Condolence cards were issued:
MC(I) = Condolence card with a perforated 1 Baht stamp (MiNo. 2963C) of the 10th series, 3rd printing, THAI BRITISH (9,999,999 pieces)
MC(II) = Condolence card with a perforated 7 Baht stamp (MiNo. 2968C) of the 10th series, 2nd printing, THAI BRITISH (999,999 pieces)
MC(III) = Condolence card with a perforated 200 Baht stamp (MiNo. 2975A) of the 10th series, 1st printing, CARTOR (99,999 pieces)
