Here as a "MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH)" perforated set of MiNo. A1272A-C1272AI with "WRONG" dance name and red hand stamp overprint
Issue Notice:

MiNo. 991-992 with imprint: MiNo. A1272 - C1272 (There are also different versions here! see MiNo. A-C 1272)

MiNo. 991-992 was issued in 2 print runs.

1st print run (02.12.1988) (AI):

at MiNo. B1272 and C1272 the dance names were swapped:

MiNo. B1272AI PEACOCK DANCE instead of KANTERE DANCE

MiNo. C1272AI KANTERE DANCE instead of PEACOCK DANCE

2nd print run (03/15/1989) (AII) overprint on 01/01/1992:

at MiNo. B12721AII and C1272AII the names of the dances are now correct

In addition, the coloring of the two print runs is different

CAUTION:

There are more "FAKE" than "GENUINE" in the overprint stamps (10:1 ratio).

So please only buy from trusted sources. There are currently, among others, suppliers from Cambodia whose overprint stamps are nearly all "FAKES"!

How can you spot fakes?

There are a few distinguishing features, including very low asking prices, which we cannot and do not want to list here so as not to make it even easier for counterfeiters!
