Issue Notice:
- MiNo. 2673A-2677A were each printed as miniature sheets (KB(I)) of 10.
- The originally planned issue date was March 20, 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the stamps could not be delivered from the printer to the Cambodian postal service until early December 2020.
