Issue Notice:
- The Sheets were pagination stamped at the CAT (Communication Authority of Thailand) with the numbers "001-500" on the back.
Errors occurred when stamping the numbers, so that some sheets bore the numbers "575 or 532". However, since there were only 500 sheets, the numbers on the faulty sheets were erased with white ink (tipp-Ex).
Then the correct number was stamped on. This procedure was authorized by the CAT and is known! - On request we can certify this block (Souvenir Sheet) against assumption of the costs (about 50-100 Euro) or let attest (photo certificate)!
- However, the certification or attestation can take up to 3 months, because the respective committee only meets every 3 months!
