- Half-sheets of stamps (either the left or right section) were used for the stamp booklets.
- Specialists further distinguish between different font types for the sheet number (found on the right section of the stamp sheet) across the print runs:
- Type 1 - MH(II) = printed sheet number (7?9 mm x 3.5?4 mm)
- Type 2 - MH(III) = dotted sheet number (large: approx. 6?7 mm x 4?4.8 mm)
- Type 3 - MH(IV) = dotted sheet number (small: approx. 6?6.5 mm x 4.2?4.5 mm)
