Here as a "MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH)" perforated Souvenir Sheet in BLUE from 08.08.2025
Issue Notice:
  • To commemorate Asian Intemational Stamp Exhibition - Thailand 2025 Chayamaritia sirindhomiana D. J. Middleion, Tetsana & Suddee or Kham Yat Si Sirinthorn was discovered in Phu Kho - Plju Kratae Wildlife Sanctuary, Loei, by its staff, and recorded as a new species of Chayamaritia (Gesneriaceae) from Thailand. ITS NOT A ORCHID!!
  • The name is given in honour of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for her continual support of the Flora of Thailand Project.
  • This discovery shows the conservation efforts for rare species in Thailand.
  • The issue took place as part of the stamp exhibition in Bangkok from August 8 to August 12, 2025.
  • A souvenir sheet with a different color frame was also issued. Each color (red, blue, green, yellow, and purple) represents a day of the exhibition. To obtain all five souvenir sheets, the exhibition had to be visited every day.
  • The respective souvenir sheet was only sold in conjunction with two 10-stamp sheet (KB(I).
