Issue Notice:
- Three different 6.50 Baht aerograms were revalued by CAT employees using a hand stamp with black ink.
- Design has Bangkok 1983 logo in the upper left corner in Royal Blue, and a color picture of the first postcard on the reverse. The Panel to the right of the card is dark brick red with blue text ready "BANGKOK INTERNATIONAL STAMP EXHIBITION 1983 Suan Amphorn Auditorium Aug. 04 - 13, 1983"
