- The 99th birthday of His Holiness Somdej Phra Ariyavongsakhatayan, Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, will be celebrated on June 26, 2026.
- In honor of this momentous occasion, the Thai government is holding official royal and religious ceremonies, as well as nationwide merit-making and charitable projects.
- The preparations and celebrations will include the following key elements: religious ceremonies, Buddhist chants, and merit-making events throughout Thailand and abroad.
- The official emblem features the number 99 on an ivory background, along with a pink ribbon, the auspicious color of his birthday, which also commemorates King Chulalongkorn (Rama V).
- The Supreme Patriarch presides over the celebrations at Wat Ratchabophit Sathitmahasimaram, the Royal Monastery in Bangkok.
