Here as a "MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH)" Set of perforated and imperforated Souvenir Sheet (different numbers!)
Issue Notice:
- Both Souvenir Sheet´s are very rare, since almost all Souvenir Sheet´s (perforated and imperforated) were bought by a Vietnamese organization and used as gifts for guests of the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese Cultural Association.
- From time to time Souvenir Sheet´s WITHOUT GUM appear, especially directly from Cambodia, these were replaced by Souvenir Sheet´s and are sold as "MNH WITHOUT GUM".
