Issue Notice:
- ALL Souvenir Sheets (except FDC) have two staple holes on the left edge because the printer stapled the Souvenir Sheets together in packs of 50.
- Souvenir Sheet WITHOUT these staple holes (except FDCs) were cut after issue and do not correspond to "As Printed" and are therefore of inferior quality.
