Issue Notice:
- MiNo. 3238-3246 were printed contiguously in sheetlet Souvenir Sheet 284 I-285 I with additional inscription and emblem of the school Rachineebon bottom left, without specifying the postal price
- Souvenir Sheet 284 II-285 II with additional inscription and emblem of the Suranaree University of bottom center, without specifying the postal price
- Souvenir Sheet 284 III-285 III with additional inscription and emblem of the Red Cross, without specifying the postal price.
- Souvenir Sheet 284 III-285 III were issued only to blood donors who are gone within a year 4 times for blood donations. Red Cross dont sell the Souvenir Sheets! The first of these Souvenir Sheet pair appeared on the end of 2013. According to information from the Red Cross in Bangkok these Souvenir Sheets were placed with a quantity of 1,000 pieces.
- Currently the Souvenir Sheet pairs are traded around 10,000 baht (about 250 euros) in Bangkok, which are so far do!
