The Stamp Collectors' Association of Thailand (PAT) under the royal patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn was a group of enthusiastic stamp collector, together with some officials of the Post and Telecommunications (later changed to CAT Telecom Co.Ltd. And Thailand Post Co. Ltd.). Founded and registered. The P.A.T. invited to the first meeting on 9 collectors and Interressierte August 1975, establishing session in which also the first board was gewöhlt. There is also a committee was appointed for the club TERMS & CONDITIONS. For this reason, on 9 August each year commemorates the founding.
